Orangetheory Fitness hired RPR to promote the grand opening of its newest Nashville location in Midtown. The goal was to create buzz around the grand opening and inform the public of the new convenient location.
STRATEGIES + TACTICS
Leading up to the grand opening, RPR orchestrated a private fitness influencer workout that encouraged these influencers to share the newest Orangetheory location with their social media followers. At this private workout, RPR also arranged for Grabbagreen and Nut Butter Nation to participate in the event by having samples for the fitness influencers to try after their workout. This social event garnered more than 30,000 social media impressions that brought strong awareness to Nashville’s fitness community for the grand opening of the new Orangetheory location.
RPR also secured multiple media placements for Orangetheory Fitness’ new Midtown location in outlets such as Womanista, The Tennessean, WSMV’s Today in Nashville and The Nashville Post. The coverage resulted in more than 4.6 million total media impressions and a total advertising value of around $12,000.
